📦 Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are packed within 24–48 hours of placement.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 1–4 working days post-dispatch.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

   

• 🔔 Important Note: If the product is under making, it may take an additional 3–4 days to process before shipping. We appreciate your patience for made-to-order items.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

In case of any unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly.

 

💰 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 shipping fee.

❌ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, if you still request cancellation after dispatch, the shipping charges will not be refundable[Pre-paid orders].

After the order is successfully cancelled, the refund amount will be credited within 7 days.
