📨 Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
If you receive an SMS or email stating that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received the package, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate the issue.

🧾 Product Handling & Missing Items
Once delivered, customers are expected to handle the product with care.
Please ensure that all items included in the package (for example: blouse piece with sarees, or dupatta/pants with kurta sets) are present at the time of delivery.
❌ Missing accessories will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
❗ If You Receive a Damaged Product
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Email us within 24 hours at support.sitaro@gmail.com
- Include your Order ID
- Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing:
- Outer packaging
- Product label
- Visible damage
- Order ID on the package or invoice
📹 Important: Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request for damaged items.
